WDR61

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR61 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR61-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, Bak, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with WDR61 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR61-to-partner and partner-to-WDR61 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by WDR61-low versus WDR61-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR61→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR61) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
