Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR59 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR59 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher WDR59 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR59 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and UCEC show a favorable association.
READ, STAD, and SCLC are the cancer types where WDR59 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
