WDR55

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR55 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,539 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR55-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCOF1_S233, RARS1, and WDR55_S14. Each is linked with WDR55 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR55-to-partner and partner-to-WDR55 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR55 versus TCOF1_S233 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR55→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR55) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
