The most reproducible WDR55-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V0E1, ETF1, and HDAC3. Each is linked with WDR55 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR55-to-partner and partner-to-WDR55 results are reported.
