Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR55 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,642 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR55-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Metaphase/anaphase transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with WDR55 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR55-to-partner and partner-to-WDR55 results are reported.
