WDR53

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR53 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,450 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR53-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAK2, GMPS, and EIF4G1. Each is linked with WDR53 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR53-to-partner and partner-to-WDR53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR53→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
