WDR49

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR49 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR49-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBLL2, GZMA, and CLRN1. Each is linked with WDR49 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR49-to-partner and partner-to-WDR49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBLL2 grouped by WDR49-low versus WDR49-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR49→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
