WDR48

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,717 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR48-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIAA1143, QRICH1, and TOP2B. Each is linked with WDR48 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR48-to-partner and partner-to-WDR48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR48 versus KIAA1143 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR48→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
