WDR48

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR48 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,459 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR48-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLASP2, SLC25A26, and MKRN2. Each is linked with WDR48 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR48-to-partner and partner-to-WDR48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR48 versus CLASP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR48→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
