Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR48 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,666 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR48-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL304P, RNA5SP482, and RN7SL369P. Each is linked with WDR48 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR48-to-partner and partner-to-WDR48 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL304P grouped by WDR48-low versus WDR48-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR48→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
