WDR37

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,065 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR37-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDT5, CUL2, and GDI2. Each is linked with WDR37 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR37-to-partner and partner-to-WDR37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR37 versus NUDT5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR37→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
