WDR36

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR36 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR36-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, FASN, and Notch1. Each is linked with WDR36 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR36-to-partner and partner-to-WDR36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by WDR36-low versus WDR36-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR36→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
