WDR35

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR35 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,037 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR35-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP94, WDR19, and TTC25. Each is linked with WDR35 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR35-to-partner and partner-to-WDR35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR35 versus CFAP94 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR35→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
