Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,478 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR35-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIDECP1, DHRS13, and PXMP2. Each is linked with WDR35 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR35-to-partner and partner-to-WDR35 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CIDECP1 grouped by WDR35-low versus WDR35-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR35→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
