WDR35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR35-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSHB, OR1L3, and OR4E1. Each is linked with WDR35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR35-to-partner and partner-to-WDR35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSHB grouped by WDR35-low versus WDR35-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR35→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
