WDR31

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR31 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 599 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR31-associated genes across cancer lineages are PICK1, RBM23, and PRMT5. Each is linked with WDR31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR31-to-partner and partner-to-WDR31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR31 versus PICK1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR31→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
