WDR31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR31 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR31-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, EGFR_pY1173, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with WDR31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR31-to-partner and partner-to-WDR31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by WDR31-low versus WDR31-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR31→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
