WDR26

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,604 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR26-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BPNT1, RCOR3, and RRP15. Each is linked with WDR26 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR26-to-partner and partner-to-WDR26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR26 versus BPNT1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR26→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
