Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR26 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,288 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR26-associated genes across cancer lineages are NVL, NUCKS1, and RPS6KC1. Each is linked with WDR26 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR26-to-partner and partner-to-WDR26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR26 versus NVL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR26→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
