WDR26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR26 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,575 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR26-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAOA, MIR2392, and RN7SL62P. Each is linked with WDR26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR26-to-partner and partner-to-WDR26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAOA grouped by WDR26-low versus WDR26-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR26→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
