Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR25 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR25 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher WDR25 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

THYM, HNSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where WDR25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
