Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,565 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1, BAG5, and YLPM1. Each is linked with WDR25 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR25-to-partner and partner-to-WDR25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR25 versus MTA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR25→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
