WDR25

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,042 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR25-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL35, SGPP1, and CFAP221. Each is linked with WDR25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR25-to-partner and partner-to-WDR25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR25 versus KLHL35 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR25→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
