WDR25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR25-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTLL8, TBC1D21, and ASCL3. Each is linked with WDR25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR25-to-partner and partner-to-WDR25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTLL8 grouped by WDR25-low versus WDR25-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR25→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
