Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR24 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR24 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher WDR24 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, PRAD, and SARC are the cancer types where WDR24 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
