WDR18

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,104 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR18-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX10, CCNB1IP1, and ARHGDIB. Each is linked with WDR18 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR18-to-partner and partner-to-WDR18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR18 versus TEX10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR18→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
