Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,322 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR17-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTR3B, NEGR1, and CREG2. Each is linked with WDR17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR17-to-partner and partner-to-WDR17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR17 versus HTR3B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR17→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
