WDR17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 530 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR17-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOD1, CDCP2, and AWAT1. Each is linked with WDR17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR17-to-partner and partner-to-WDR17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYOD1 grouped by WDR17-low versus WDR17-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR17→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
