Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR11 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher WDR11 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, KIRC, and LIHC are the cancer types where WDR11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
