Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR11 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR11 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher WDR11 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.
GBM, CCRCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where WDR11 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
