WDR11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,215 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NHLRC2, CACUL1, and CRELD2. Each is linked with WDR11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR11-to-partner and partner-to-WDR11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR11 versus NHLRC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR11→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
