Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,575 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF22, GPR161, and CLEC1A. Each is linked with WDR11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR11-to-partner and partner-to-WDR11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR11 versus ZNF22 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR11→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
