Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,195 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral translational termination-reinitiation, Cytosolic transport, and Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with WDR11 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR11-to-partner and partner-to-WDR11 results are reported.
