Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR11-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,115 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR11-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VAT1, C1orf198, and ITSN1. Each is linked with WDR11-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR11-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-WDR11-AS1 results are reported.
