Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR11-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated WDR11-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher WDR11-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR11-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and BRCA show a favorable association.

KIRP, LIHC, and BRCA are the cancer types where WDR11-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
