WDR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,581 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCTD10, PCSK7, and RAB35. Each is linked with WDR1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR1-to-partner and partner-to-WDR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR1 versus KCTD10 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
