WDR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,000 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLAU, MYH9, and P4HA2. Each is linked with WDR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR1-to-partner and partner-to-WDR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR1 versus PLAU in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
