WDR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,947 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST8, COX15, and SFR1. Each is linked with WDR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR1-to-partner and partner-to-WDR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST8 grouped by WDR1-low versus WDR1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
