Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, MSH2, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with WDR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR1-to-partner and partner-to-WDR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by WDR1-low versus WDR1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
