Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDFY4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,183 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDFY4-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOBEC3H, IL2RB, and GZMH. Each is linked with WDFY4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDFY4-to-partner and partner-to-WDFY4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDFY4 versus APOBEC3H in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDFY4→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDFY4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
