Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDFY3-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,753 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDFY3-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Nuclear export, and Regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with WDFY3-AS1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDFY3-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-WDFY3-AS1 results are reported.
