Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDFY3-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated WDFY3-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher WDFY3-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDFY3-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and BRCA show a favorable association.

KICH, OV, and READ are the cancer types where WDFY3-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
