WDCP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDCP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,889 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED27, NUP188, and KIF2C. Each is linked with WDCP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDCP-to-partner and partner-to-WDCP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED27 grouped by WDCP-low versus WDCP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
