Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDCP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,044 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDCP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription initiation, Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter, and Regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with WDCP in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDCP-to-partner and partner-to-WDCP results are reported.
