WDCP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDCP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 406 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL22, LRRC72, and CBY1. Each is linked with WDCP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDCP-to-partner and partner-to-WDCP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL22 grouped by WDCP-low versus WDCP-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
