Across TCGA patient cohorts, WBP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,263 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS31, RFC3, and NUDT15. Each is linked with WBP4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP4-to-partner and partner-to-WBP4 results are reported.
