The most reproducible WBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14P17, RNA5SP361, and SNORA10B. Each is linked with WBP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP4-to-partner and partner-to-WBP4 results are reported.
