Across TCGA patient cohorts, WBP4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, MSH2, and TFRC. Each is linked with WBP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP4-to-partner and partner-to-WBP4 results are reported.
