Across TCGA cell cohorts, WBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,467 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WBP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translational termination, Sister chromatid biorientation, and Formaldehyde catabolic process. Each is linked with WBP4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP4-to-partner and partner-to-WBP4 results are reported.
