Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WBP2NL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WBP2NL data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher WBP2NL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WBP2NL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SKCM, READ, and GBM are the cancer types where WBP2NL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
